The Lady Joseph Charitable Trust was formed in 2009 from funds allocated for charitable purposes from my grandmother’s estate. My passion for dressage and my admiration for our para riders and their incredible success on the international stage, led me to form the charity.
The aim of the Lady Joseph Trust is to acquire horses for our top Para-Riders to ensure they continue to win medals for Great Britain.
Great Britain is the leading Para-Dressage nation. To stay at the top in any equestrian sport the provision of suitable horses is crucially important.
In 2006, the Para-Equestrian sport joined the ranks of the other seven disciplines regulated by the FEI, with national and international competitions.
Para-Equestrian Dressage has been steadily developing for the past twenty five years and is currently bigger than ever.
The Lady Joseph Trust is grateful to the many supporters who have been so generous at our fund raising events and with private donations. The on going success of LJT is down to the continued support of our patrons.
Donations of any size however small are extremely welcome and can be made on line, by post or by participating in or organising a fund raising event.
